TIR = Time In Range,Time in Range (TIR) is a critical indicator for assessing blood glucose control, representing the percentage of time that blood glucose values remain within the normal range。
Precautions:
1. Calibrate every 24 hours.。
2. Confirm with fingertip test if glucose values and alerts don’t match symptoms.
3. Data may be temporarily unavailable if receiver or phone is out of transmitter’s range or obstructed.
4. Waterproof up to 3.05 meters for 30 hours; use waterproof tape if adhesive lifts.
5. Exclude aircraft and pressurized cabins.
